I have no problem with this. I flew to Europe this summer and the security at Amsterdam’s airport was *much* stricter on the return flight to the US than it was on the trip over.
There were agents who asked detailed questions of all the passengers about their itinerary, etc but the Arabs on the flights were given much longer questioning. And everybody was frisked, while no one was frisked on the flight over from the US. A real eye-opener.
Going through airport security in Europe is like getting molested. Americans at home have no idea. lol.
I don’t either. I returned from Paris the day after the London plot was busted up. Yow - insert probe now - the French authorities were very thorough (but somehow didn’t seem to come across like the bunch of minimum wage, couldn’t find work elsewhere, numb skulls we have here in the good ol’ USA).
