Don’t forget the theory of relativity.
By that i mean the extreme high cost of living.
Iceland 2.? No one except Icelanders can afford to set foot there. Very high gross wages, very low net wages. Even the Euros can’t afford visiting there. It is outrageous. I will prefer my relative high net wages along with lower prices and anything I want to see and do in the good old beautiful USA.

- Prices and income taxes in Scandinavia aren’t that high anymore.

Perhaps both Scandinavians and US citizens enjoy an exceptionally high standard of living?

I’ve been around the world to a certain extent. I know what I’m talking about.

Scandinavians live even better than the Swiss. Many ordinary families in Sweden often own two houses and the BMW/Volvo/Audi/MB as well.
