My immediate reaction would be to answer no, unless they are off-duty LEOs taking courses. Although they have been eaed somewhat in recent years, getting a concealed carry permit in Delaware has been a historically complicated process.

Even if you have a DE CCW.
State law prohibits the carry on School property.

Although they have been eased somewhat in recent years, getting a concealed carry permit in Delaware has been a historically complicated process. Not to mention, you still can't carry anywhere near a school or college. Can't carry here, can't carry there, why carry anywhere if the places you can't carry may be the places you need to carry the most. The laws are dumb!
