DOVER, Del —

ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Police said the gunman, believed to be a man, could still be on the campus.

The victims’ names were not immediately available, although police did say their injuries were believed to be non-life-threatening. The male victim was listed in stable condition and the female student suffered injuries that are considered to be serious.

The university said it is implementing a plan to provide essential services to people living on campus who are being told to stay in their rooms.”

Another case where the authorities form a “perimeter” and stand around for hours and hours?

Where is a description? At least we have survivors.

Essential services? Keep the power and running water on. In my experience, dorm rooms have a pretty decent stock of food; at most, chuck 'em a jar of peanut butter, a few packs of Ramen and a case of beer.
