Did Clinton-appointed federal judge and prosecutor throw the David Rosen criminal case to protect Hillary Clinton?

Hillary Clinton's campaign finance chairman, David Rosen, was aquitted in his criminal trial in Los Angeles in May of 2005. The lead prosecutor was a 20-year veteran of the Justice Department, Peter Zeidenberg.

Zeidenberg was, coincidentally, the prosecutor who gave a very forceful closing statement in the criminal trial that saw Lewis "Scooter" Libby convicted for lying under oath about a matter that was not a crime.

The conduct of the judge and prosecutor during the criminal case of Rosen should have people questioning whether it was all a sham trial and designed to protect the political future of Hillary Clinton.

FROM THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT INDICTMENT: Rosen was charged "with causing false campaign finance reports to be filed with the Federal Election Commission, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1001 and 2." "In one instance, Rosen is charged with obtaining and delivering to the committee a fraudulent invoice stating that the cost of the concert portion of the event was $200,000, when he knew that the figure had no basis in fact. The concert portion of the event itself cost over $600,000."

Judge A. Howard Matz was an appointee to the federal bench by, you guessed it, William Jefferson Clinton. Before a word of evidence was heard in the case, the judge made unprecedented prejudicial statements. While outlining instructions to the jury, Matz call Peter Paul "a thoroughly discredited, corrupt individual. He's a con artist. The fact that he is, is already established." Matz went on to say that "This isn't a trial about Senator Clinton." "Senator Clinton has no stake in this trial as a party or principal." "She's not in the loop in any direct way, and that's something the jury will be told. Mrs. Clinton will not be called to testify in the case."

The reason anyone was ever tried in this greatest of all campaign finance frauds is because of the information given to the government by Peter. A prosecutor who wanted to win a case might have made an objection to what the judge was saying about the donor and the man who had all the evidence. What Zeidenberg did, however, was remarkable. Not only did he not object to what the judge said about the donor with all the evidence, he told the jury that "You will hear no evidence that Hillary Clinton was involved in any way, shape or form." It doesn't end there. Zeidenberg did not call the four key witnesses in the case - Peter Paul, Aaron Tonken, Kelly Craighead, and Hillary Clinton. After the trial, several jurors commented that they would have liked to hear testimony from Craighead. Other testimony in the Rosen case described shouting matches between Rosen and Craighead over the cost of the even versus what the fundraiser would rake in.

How far does the Hillary coverup extend? How about to the US attorney's office in New York. Someone in that office withheld the SMOKING GUN VIDEO while official investigations were proceeding.

The FEC cleared Hillary of responsibility for hiding $721K and four false FEC reports without having all of the information. Even after the campaign was fined for hiding the money and told to do a new report, she lied in that report. Here is Spiderman Stan Lee telling how he exchanged $100,000 checks gave no money. Hillary knows he gave no money, has been on notice that he gave no money, but she has refused to correct the record and return the illegal donations.

Even before her triumphant return to the White House, Hillary already has amassed sufficient power to compromise all three branches of government. The Senate Ethics Committee refused to hold a hearing about her illegal campaign activity and actually cited the flawed FEC report and the failure to indict her in the Rosen case. They even used the prosecutors words that Hillary was not involved in any way, shape, or form.

Yes, the Bush Justice Department managed to get a guy for lying about something that was not a criminal offense. But they have failed to get the woman who has directed the greatest fraud and coverup since Watergate. Actually, it is larger than Watergate.

Doug,
Have you tried contacting Chris Wallace? Her Majesty will be on his show this Sunday.

Just goes to show that teflon is coated on the backs of hilly & billy. They can’t be prosecuted. Nothing sticks and they’ve long been known as the corrupt, morally-lacking, ethically-challenged duo, and nothing nor no one can bring them down. And this corruption goes to the highest levels. Sheesh!

I have tried and tried and tried. When they answer the phone, FOX will never allow me to talk to a producer. Does a FReeper in DC want to deliver a package of info to them?

Here’s a good question. Why aren’t Hannity or Rush or Drudge talking about this?

Rush is covering the Hsu scandal every day...in fact, today he said that they should put yellow crime tape around Clinton Headquarters.

Rush has never told his listeners that Hillary is soon going to be under oath. He has not spoken about the SMOKING GUN VIDEO or the video in which Spiderman Stan Lee admits to a felony on tape regarding the exchanging of $100,000 checks.

doug...hillary is this crowd’s candidate...

What Soros, Hillary and I suspect, the judge are involved in is plain old simple “meta-racketeering” (think Lex Luther with an IQ!). By that I mean that the laundromats involve enough foreign markets and lie within and among Jamie Gorelick’s DOJ “walls” that their relations will defy all BUT the most sophisticated of computer hackers.

Norman Hsu is the lead end of the ball of yarn..for someone with the research and technical skills, as well as the testosterone to ferret out.

I think understand it. I suspect Rush’s bankaccounts..of the foreign exchange market equivalents he keeps his cash in, could simply disappear with the push of a button. I truly believe this is the seat Soros’ cash has put hillary in..and why she receives such deference. Pay CLOSE attention as to how Fred’08 is raising cash......
