Supporters of a controversial new Brooklyn academy focused on Arab culture and language said yesterday that the public school's former principal is considering legal action in the wake of her resignation under pressure last month. At a rally in lower Manhattan yesterday, politicians and advocates called for the reinstatement of Debbie Almontaser, who resigned as head of the Khalil Gibran International Academy. Almontaser stepped down four days after The Post ran an article in which she defended T-shirts bearing the imprint "Intifada NYC." "She is not speaking publicly about her resignation, but she is consulting with an experienced civil-rights lawyer," said Donna Nevel, of the Center for Immigrant Families. "It's clear to us that she was forced to resign." City Council members Robert Jackson and John Liu, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, and state Sen. Bill Perkins were among those calling for city officials to investigate the circumstances of Almontaser's resignation. An Education Department spokeswoman said, "We have no plans to reinstate the former principal."

Dhabah (Debbie) Almontaser should return to her natal hell hole, Yemen, and educate students there. According to her, the 9/11 Attacks America's Fault, and "terror is the last resource of a desperate and oppressed people" who are the victims of American aggression. She was a keynote speaker at a September 11, 2002 demonstration organized by among others, the War Resisters League, the Saudi funded Hamas front group Council on American Islamic Relations [CAIR] and the Muslim American Society, the American wing of the Muslim Brotherhood {see Holy Land Foundation trial documents on overthrow of American government.} She is part of the attempt to take over our country and impose an Islamic caliphate.

There are currently 300 exclusively Muslim schools in the U.S. which teach loyalty to the Quran, not the U.S. Constitution (edit - that was in 2003, 4 years ago). In January of 2002, Saudi Arabia's Embassy in Washington mailed 4,500 packets of the Quran and videos promoting Islam to America's high schools - free of charge. Saudi Arabia would not allow the U.S. to reciprocate.
