"You can always tell when the Republicans are getting restless, because the Vice President’s motorcade pulls into the Capitol, and Darth Vader emerges," Clinton said just now at Town Hall in New York, referring to Cheney's efforts shore up Republican congressional support for the Iraq war.

"I’m not invited to their meetings and I don’t know what he says or does," she said. "But all the brave talk about bringing our troops home, and setting deadlines, and getting out by a certain date just dissipated."

Remember when Bush 41 called Clinton/Gore, “Bozos” and the hissy fit that the media had? They went crazy asking for apologies and complaining about the level of discourse. Where are they now?

I recall Bob Dole using the term Bozo in the 1996 campaign too.

Back in 1992, Bush 41 called Bill Clinton “Bozo”. The press made a federal case out of it. It wasn’t presidential, it was demeaning to the office, etc., etc.

Hillary should be held to the same standard. Name calling is childish and unbecoming a candidate for the presidency.

HITLERY has it wrong again, Cheney is really Darth Nihilus, Lord of Hunger, he was a Dark Lord of the Sith in the time after the Jedi Civil War.[1] He was a shadowy figure who chose to wear a red and white mask, and who preferred to wear long black Sith robes to cover his body.

An apprentice of Darth Traya, he was one of the few survivors of the Battle of Malachor V and one of the three leaders of the Sith Triumvirate. Nihilus and Darth Sion would eventually cast Traya out of the Triumvirate and strip her of her powers. Following this, Nihilus was instrumental in helping lead a devastating purge against the Jedi Order, nearly hunting them to point of extinction. He eventually took the Miraluka Visas Marr as his apprentice, after he found her on the devastated world of Katarr.

He was defeated by the Jedi Exile in the Battle of Telos IV in 3,951 BBY during the battle for Citadel Station.

Not quite...

Rove is the Emperor, W is Vader, Cheney is Grand Moff Tarkin.

Jenna and Barbara are the twins to bring balance to the force.

Her Cankleness is more like Yarna D’al Gargan, the fat dancer in Jabba’s Palace.

Someone should say that about her. Just come right out and say Hillary is a Stalinist that is looking to seize power and never let it go.

Maybe O’Reilly can do it.

"But all the brave talk about bringing our troops home, and setting deadlines, and getting out by a certain date just dissipated."

It called character and moral clarity. Something you, Hillary, along with your merry band of political thugs and pimps, will never have.

"But all the brave talk about bringing our troops home, and setting deadlines, and getting out by a certain date just dissipated."

Um, Senator Clinton, that sort of talk is not brave, it is defeatist. To normal people those two words have different meanings.

Hugh Hewitt replayed one of her speeches on air last week. He seemed to think that his audience needed to be reminded that she was a terrible candidate. It was painful to listen. There is just nothing likable or interesting about the woman. She sounds condescending and slow witted, like an elementary school teacher who has forgotten that she should not patronize adults as she does her students. She doesn't even seem quite real -- the animatronic candidate. Her voice dredges up all the memories of her husband's disgrace, and her status as his enabler.

I guess we couldn't ask for a better candidate to run against, but, whew, what a sad case.
