There's got to be a global solution to it, there's got to be an international solution before we can do anything. We could take a lot of drastic measures here and it wouldn't even make any difference if China, and India and a lot of other countries don't participate.In other words, he'd do nothing since China and India ain't gonna do anything. Works for me.
