Well, he has to change planes somewhere. No Iranian or Syrian plane is allowed in USA airspace, so he has to go to Egypt or France or somewhere first, and change planes.
Then again, he may have to stay home because of more pressing business, like his goat's on fire and his house is running away ................ FRegards
