U.S. National here.

1. Yes. By virtue of not honoring the normal entry and residency procedures of the US, illegal aliens are defacto breaking the law.

2. Yes. Officials, upon taking office, typically take an oath. To be negligent (willfully in this case), the offical(s) violate the public trust, and by virtue of that malfeasance, should be at the very least removed from office.

3. Yes. Areas of the United States that do not uphold immigration policies are aiding and abetting a criminal element (see above). Although the Federal government is charged to enforce immigration policy, refusal by localities to assist is, for lack of a better term, an accessory to a crime in progress. Because of separation of powers, the only recourse for the Federal government is to withhold Federal funding.

4. Yes. They are duty bound to do so. to do otherwise is becoming an accessory to a crime.

5. No. By their status, they cannot be eligible for a drivers license. Only by establishing residency, through the proper process, can an alien be eligible for a driver's license.

6. No. Illegal aliens are not, by their status, members of the national community, and should not be eligible for public services. Private institutions are a different matter, although they become accessories to a crime.

7. Yes/No. Aside from emergency services, illegals run the risk of the law. If found out, they should be reported to the authorities.

*(No such statue exists to my knowledge)

It would be proper to prosecute them under RICO statues however, if they actively participate or attempt to thwart existing laws related to illegal immigration..

Then prosecute for Felony Conspiracy, aiding and abetting in the commission of the crime... illegal entrance into the US.

I know, no essays... but the “maybe” should be only while in process for deportation.
