Poor baby.

Here’s a thought: Stay out of prison and you won’t HAVE to wear pink, otherwise the prison/state chooses your wardrobe for you.
It could be worse; might have been chartreuse.

Joe Arpiao (sp) was on Neil Cavuto doing an interview about this sort of thing. I like this guy...a lot! He is totally unapologetic about dressing his prisoners, all of them in pink. He also took away their TV, coffee and a few other things todays prisoners seem to think are theirs by some Constitutional right.
He claims to have been sued many times and to never have lost. When asked to what he attributes never losing he claimed the secret was not to settle the suit but to take it before a jury.

If the warden thought that pink shirts was appropriate, then these cons should have to wear pink skirts. These guys put themselves in prison, plain and simple. This is about RULES!!!!
Oh to see a Clinton in pink.

“When asked to what he attributes never losing he claimed the secret was not to settle the suit but to take it before a jury.”
This wisdom should be trumpeted loud and clear to municipalities and school districts who are intimidated too easily into settling cases brought against them by the ACLU et al.

Well if this guy didn't go around buggering other inmates he wouldn't be flagged as a sexual predator pervert and have to wear pink in the first place.
Problem solved.

This is different than Sheriff Arpaio. In his jail everyone wore pink. This story is about a prisoners involved in "sexual misconduct" being assigned pink. The article didn't make it clear if this was for conduct in prison or for the crime which they were convicted.
MR. PINK: Why am I Mr. Pink? JOE: Cause you're a faggot.
Everybody laughs.
MR. PINK: Why can't we pick out our own colors?
JOE: I tried that once, it don't work. You get four guys fighting over who's gonna be Mr. Black.

The prisoner claims that wearing pink places him in peril Are we talking Joe Arpaio's prison here? Because if we are the prisoner in question has nothing to worry about -- everybody else wears pink too. And besides, the other prisoners have neither the time nor energy to mess with him after long days of hard labor. Don't like Arpaio's accomodations? Then don't commit crimes in his county. Pretty simple.

Yeah, I know. But, I guess the don't want the credit for publishing it first.
I tried to post from their site and got the wave off stating that US News won't permit direct quotes from their precious site -- copyright laws, you know. So, I went the Drudge Report route -- shich I chould have done in the first place, I guess. Drudge wants stuff to get out to everyone -- not like USA Today who publishes mainly for the liberals -- who I'm sure are crying their eyes out in sympathy for the jerk in the article.

Inmate sues prison after being forced to wear pink. If he can sue the prison, may I sue MisterDawg for leaving that red sock in the washing machine, destroying my whites, forcing me to wear pink as well??
To: Turret Gunner A20; TornadoAlley3
Yes, please post it. That needs a thread of its own. Those high school students show wisdom in combating bullying, instead of instigating it. If all the inmates were wearing pink, it would be different. But to single out an inmate and make him a target of sexual assault by other inmates is a gross violation trust. If society truly believes rape should be part of some convicts’ punishments, let juries include that in the sentence.
