Thats right up my street! I’m fascinated with the process.

I’d really like to build a violin some day.

Im restoring a tiple that belonged to my grand uncle.
Its an odd job since the tiple was never designed to last long. The pressure of 10 strings wreaks havoc on the upper soundboard

What is a “concert” Uke?

Oh I know about Ukeleles, but “concert”? is it designed to throw a larger sound? Like a dobro?
A Uke with a resonator L0L

I started fooling around with guitars when I was a kid.
The first one I made was a flying V that I made from a poplar door LoL

Ukes come in four sizes: soprano, concert, baritone, and tenor.Soprano is smallest, and each increases the scale length about two inches. (A baritone is pretty equivalent to a four string guitar)

I did not know that. Surprising since I live the tiple, mandolin and violin. Similar principles apply to those instruments

I was a little worried about that pie.
Avalon Gardens has made brilliant pizzas for some 50 years and they replaced the oven the day before that pie was made.

Would it be the same?

It was.
