Does this mean that if you are over 18 it’s OK to use a laptop while driving?
Oh yeah, that’s going to help; especially when most of the people I see using their gadgets while driving are past their teenage years.

It’s a dumb as signing a law banning drunk driving only for teens. Cellphone driving with one hand on the phone is impaired driving.
I saw a dumba.. with his right hand to his left ear with the phone while he was trying to negotiate his left turn with his left hand. It leaves little opportunity for a response if he needs to react.
