I heard Curtis Sliwa refer to Bloomie as a Jewish politician. I found that interesting as I never thought of him as such. He is a Masshole politician, and a member of the Church of Latter Day Businessmen (props to Kinky Friedman for that one).
Bloomie defies categorization. A billionaire, effete, chardonnay sipping elitist who refuses to visit the outer boroughs of NYC, and who somehow maintains a nasal boston accent despite living in New Yawk for so long, a man who sends agents outside of their jursidiction to break federal firearms law, a man with the hubris to think that he can actually become president.
