“Lots of inbreeding in that part of the country.”

Now if you mean Norman I can agree, but if you mean Oklahoma... 66 counties and all went for Bush in 04. I’m very proud of my state.

I attended a game at Dodger stadium some twent-five years ago. While the opposing team was warming up some guy decided Joe Morgan was the most despicable person on planet earth. He started shouting things about Morgan, Morgan’s wife, he went on and on and on, and you could hear it for fifty yards.

Thees types of jerks aren’t the problem of inbreeding, and Oklahoma isn’t the only place where these things happen.

Some guy at a Rader’s game knocked a guy unconcious, because he had another team’s shirt on.

We don’t hear about this stuff all the time, but it happens in just about every leage park in the nation. And if you think it’s limited to high schools, college or pro sports, you haven’t attended many little league games.

Demonizing the other team or other players is so damned childish. They’re Americans just like us. They’re good people who are out for a little enjoyment. This shouldn’t reach the level of hatred.
