SGT Booker of the National Park Service (NPS) has informed the MOPH that this was a cleaning accident by a Park Ranger and NOT a defacement. I think these tapes and photos by tgslTakoma are inconsistent with the NPS’s information.

So a Park Ranger was cleaning, had a cleaning accident and neglected to clean it up?

And if that was true, why would they tell the Washington Times they didn’t know?
