No punishment is too harsh for these people. Throw away the keys for such sociopaths.
I will add: this may be charged as a hate crime, but even those against hate crimes would probably not be against that in this heinous case.
Give them the chair.
They should be walked into the woods...
These scum may get charged with a “hate crime” too.
Doesn’t that make you feel better?
The things they’re alleged to have done are the real crimes here?
Let God judge people’s hearts and the government punish them for their actions.
Why does government have to be God?
Vic is Black. Perps are White.
Unless this is a drug deal that went bad, Why oh why oh why?
Perps look like they are from the shallow end of the gene pool.
But the blacks in Knoxville won’t be charged with a hate crime.
Re: Let God judge peoples hearts
Courts and Juries often rule on the “intent” of a person. Are they playing God?
Touche.
That would be CRIMINAL intent.
Utterly vile. I hope these scumbags are thrown away for life. I would advocate hard labor but I don’t think they allow that anymore. It would be “cruel and unusual.”
But you are right. That this is reported on CNN while to my knowledge the January Knoxville atrocity has gotten almost zero national coverage is an outrage in itself.
Criminal or no, intent is intent, what is in a person’s heart. And this is something the poster was against vis a vis hate crimes.
I believe that my solution is a bit better, in that it requires no spending for infrastructure and no cost for, or risk to, personnel to guard the creeps. See my profile.
What we have here is some back mountain hillbilly family fun and games.
There’s a real good chance that race was not as important as opportunity. The victim was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Looking at this crew, I think they would have collected up anybody if the opportunity presented itself.
Nope. Criminal intent is shown by the actions the person had taken and what they were intended to lead to.
Has nothing to to with what's in a persons heart or feeeeelings whoo whoo whooo feeeeelings.....
Their eyes are soul-less, looks like nothing but darkness behind them.
No. I'm still against hate crimes even in this instance. There is enough real criminal activity here that adding a crime for their frame of mind is still an offensive act of government.
I know exactly where Big Creek is, deep back in the south WV mountains. Being redneck central, it’s a rough town, and I wouldn’t go there without my knives and guns.
My bet is the motive was not racial but drug related, maybe a snitch or she owed them drug money?
