Why are they allowed to just give it to charity and then everything is ok?
The money is gained illegally and should be confiscated just like it is when they deal with everyone else.
I very much agree with that. Just confiscate it and give it back to the people Hsu swindled in the 90s. Evdiently this guy has been a piece of work since the 90s.
