Just ANOTHER testimony to how USELESS these socialist troublemaking anti-Americans really are. It just keeps getting better — you can’t make this stuff up.

“Rabbi Michael Lerner, the editor of Tikkun magazine”
Can I guess he is not on the separation of church and state ideology?

They ARE defeatist and anti-American. They know it, their opponents know it and the American people know it. I get
schadenfreude over the Left's angst at being unable to inflict a humiliating defeat upon the country.

I look for a riot at the Democratic Convention that will throw the party into disarray, allowing Fred to walk away with it.

You have a higher opinion of the American people than I do

The one thing you never read in these articles are the consequences of the anti-war movement getting what they want. They never acknowledge what will happen to millions of innocent people if we leave Iraq unable to protect themselves.

In 2003, the San Diego Jewish Journal described Lerner as “the most controversial Jew in America,” writing that “He is relentlessly critical of Israel. He eulogizes Rachel Corrie. That same year, the executive editor of the The Jewish Exponent wrote that Lerner “supports every measure against Israel short of its immediate destruction and often makes common cause with those who do plot the eradication of Israel’s Jews.”[6]
Hes crazzyy..

This is an example of this group's twisted thinking.

"Im a member of the Defense Appropriations Committee, and it was in that capacity that we talked with General Petraeus, Oderno, and the rest of them, as well as senior Iraqi leaders.

The military is performing well, and thats what Petraeus is going to say.
The result of the military success is going to be wholly inconsistent with our values, and certainly unworthy of the sacrifice of our military families."

They view the world like the downstairs TV room. Can’t see a damn thing beyond their house, job, or CVS.
To: STARWISE
I think you're right:
Republicans are circulating the link to the transcript and think it makes their case that opponents of the war in Iraq are losing ground. This call shows the tables may have turned, said one Republican official.
