So TSR - Where do you stand on this NAFTA SuperDuper Highway?
I’m not sure that we need it. I would think that repair, expansion, and perhaps car-truck separation on the interstates and other limited-access roads would be fine. More interstates and other highways could be built where needed. Such activities could be funded through a combination of taxes, tolls, and PPPs.
Of course, since the NAFTA Superhighway is tinfoil, this little exercise is entirely academic.
