Unlikely. However, there is a not insignificant chance that he'll have to resign sometime in the 8 years he's president because of his health.

Old-Mil just would not have anything to do, if Fred weren’t around to disappoint him.
I saw a slogan on a website of a Fred supporter:
9 out of 10 dogs prefer the crumbs from Fred’s table
I like that, if you’ve got nothing better to do hang around a Fred thread and complain!
