Schwarzenegger has expressed the opinion that legally, the term "marriage" can be terminated, because registered "domestic partners" already have all of the same legal rights, benefits, duties and obligations as married couples.May as well, virtually every other definition in the dictionary has been dumped in Websters via political agenda.
Before long our flag will no longer will tote the colors "Red White and Blue" it will tote a single color... gray.

They still have a long way to go.
The legislature passed the bill as they have done before, however the Governor has promised to veto it, as he has done before. Moreover even if the Governor were to sign the bill a) it wouldn’t take effect until January 1st 2008 and b) the committee that was created by the late Senator Pete Knight to enact Proposition 22 will go to court immediately to stop this, where the bill will be held up for months if not years. c) several citizens committees will also launch a referendum to undo the legislative action thereby suspending the bill until the outcome of that referendum is settled.

The bill now goes to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for his signature or veto. He has given ambiguous signals about his support for the latest proposal, but earlier vetoed a similar proposal.Arnold being ambiguous politically?
That's a shocker! /s

I'm the Safe Environment Coordinator for our Parish and attended a meeting last week regarding the Federal and State background check of all people working with children.
We are now going with an outfit called, Sagem Morpho, Inc the head of the meeting was shocked when we asked him about item #13.

Since a corporation is a legal entity that approximates personhood, can a real person marry a corporation?
I would like to marry Wal-mart and then get divorced. The settlement should be awesome.
