I expect that Maliki government to work full force now to get these legislative issues passed. I think they fully understand that the democrats will turn their back on this new found ally in the wot because the democrats want to surrender to OBL and AQ. Just look at the OBL tape and tell me what is different between what his rambles were and those of the democrat leadership (given that even OBL didn’t call our troops Nazis, like the leadership in the democrat party did).

It is a clever bit of propaganda by the Terrorists. There is a segment of the Left who will eat this crap up. People like Hillary, Kerry, Kennedy et al were dragged kicking and screaming after 09-11 to do ANYTHING but spend a ton of money on “Homeland Security”.
