I concur with your views about Mitt. He is trying to spin his views for the viewing audience where he appear. His views on Iraq & citing GAO report & another liberal think tanks will not bode well.
On another point, I thought Carl Cameron was trying to change gay marriage debate - saying as if it is leagl & Republicans trying to ban it. Truth is on the other side - MSM trying to redefine marriage.

Probably not. From what I understand, he likes what he sees in Thompson and has been giving him advice.
If he gets into the fray, it would probably only be as a VP candidate.
I LOVE that Brit is getting an exclusive with Patraeus and Crocker tomorrow night; Wallace just announced it will be on at 9pm Monday night. The General and the Ambassador understand where they can get good and fair questions and the ability to speak without interruption.

I’m off to church. I will light a candle in memory of that day and especially all of our HEROES who gave their last full measure of devotion since. That includes military heroes, police and firemen, and even those who helped others down the stairs. And let’s not forget those who said “Let’s Roll” and proceded to take on the bastards in the air. We all need to focus on their words and deeds and promise to do as they have done, if we are called to.
Suggest we all pray to God for deliverance of our country from those who have FORGOTTEN.
Problem is they would have to pay for that which serious cuts in to their pork barreling. DiFi being the Grand Mistress of the Pork is never going to go for that.

I would agree with that MNJohnnie and I’m sure the military will be increased over the near term; we need to make up for the outrageous cuts on our military during the Clinton campaign.
Our troops are awesome and we do need more of them.
I’ve switched over to Reliable Sources and first segment is Fred Thompson’s appearance on Leno. Gloria Borger, Ryan Lizza and Amy Holmes are guests. Three liberals, one conservative. No surprise by that balance on CNN.

Remember, the Clinton machine always does what they accuse Republicans of doing. DeLay was forced out over accusations that he shifted money from one set of donors and campaigns to other campaigns.
