Sounds great. Until you chewed out one kid for being an idiot, and to pay you back he claimed you exposed yourself.
Or some kid fell out of of one of your playground items, broke his neck, became a quadraplegic, and his parents sued you into oblivion.

Yes, the problematic child/parent situation would be a tough obstacle to overcome. So would the catastrophic injury, even if you did have insurance.
