Remember the illegal alien TB carrier in Atlanta? Theyre letting him go and trusting him to show up for a deportation hearing in a few weeks.
Yes, really. It happens all the time. That misplaced trust is why we have hundreds of thousands of deportation fugitives on the loose today. The notice to appear letter that the article mentions here is known in open-borders circles as a run letter. As in: Dont actually do what the letter orders you to do. Just run!

How special.
The officials who made this decision had better have malpractice insurance. The fools who run our government are going to come under increasing attack for their repeated negligence.
Essentially what we have here, are nomadic people committing crimes. We don’t know their actual names, where they came from or even where they are going.
We don’t even charge them bail. We let them to on their own recognisance, and act as if we really thought they’d show up at the next hearing. Nope!
Our judicial system is so far out of control, it’s just worthless in many instances.
According to the local paper they are deporting him and his mother. No mention with regard to the rest of the family.

Loudoun Offers Free TB Tests for Bus Riders
August 16, 2007 - 11:07am
LEESBURG, Va. (AP) - Loudoun County health officials are offering free tuberculosis tests to anyone who rode three commuter buses who may have been exposed to TB.
Officials say a Loudoun County resident who frequently rode the buses is “most likely” sick with TB.
Loudoun County health director Dr. David Goodfriend says the chance of anyone being infected on the bus is very low. He says studies have shown it takes at least eight hours of close contact to transmit TB to others. He says the disease can’t be spread from handles, seats or other surfaces.
Two of the buses run from the Dulles North and South transit centers. The LC25 bus runs from Washington to Leesburg, Hamilton and Purcellville.
The free TB tests are being offered at the Loudoun County Health Department in Leesburg. Two special testing sessions will be held the evenings of Aug. 20 and Aug. 27.

“That misplaced trust is why we have hundreds of thousands of deportation fugitives on the loose today.”
This is not a question of “misplaced trust”, it is a question of intentionally bypassing established immigration laws.
It's like an episode of South Park. Seriously.
They are letting him go now and hope this illegal will actually show up for his deportation in a few weeks. Comical.
If he shows up on my doorstep it will be his last cough!
Maybe we need a new sidebar for this one - Completely Insane News...
Well, I shouldn't sound so harsh. The TB tests will be free.
Upon release, bet he’s looking for a hot date. Maybe give some blood for some extra bucks.
Only if they threw in the ACLU threatening to sue any agency that tried to stop him.
Hey everybody! Donchya just LOVE Divvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvversity and openness!
"Oye, Francisco, dos hamburguesas sin saboyas...".
