Hi there Lori! I slept 6-midnight (after 3 hours on Wed night & one hour on Tues night ) and am about ready to “try again”... to sleep that is. I had a nice neigborhood walk with dogs after I got up. Toby on leash & Josy loose. about half hour

I know what you mean. I went Tuesday morning and had to have a cortisone injection in my right wrist. It really hurt all that afternoon and Wednesday. Then I got a stomach bug and was up all Wed. night and can not get to sleep now because I have to keep getting up. Might as well stay up until I get so sleepy that I can go to sleep. I have had cortisone shots before but this one was different. Right after I got it, I had this terrible metallic taste in my mouth and then I got ill. Don’t know if there is a connection but I have really, really been ill. I have to go back Monday to have some nerve tests done in my arm and hand. Should be lots of fun!!!
