Avery Knapp is typical of the Paul Web supporter. A 28-year-old radiology resident, Knapp describes himself as a lifelong conservative who voted for President Bush in 2000 before growing disillusioned with the Iraq war and federal spending.

Funny, "a Lifelong Conservative" who happens to repeat verbatim the script Moveon.org teaches it Seminar Talk Radio callers to say.

So did the "Journalist" here bother to ask how this "limited Government Life long Conservative" felt about Paul's utter hypocrisy on earmarks? His defense of earmarks as "a necessary tool of Congress"? His $400 million in earmarks including Federal Money to shrimp farms? Paul is a demagogic fraud whose rabid ignorance on Foreign Policy is ONLY exceed by his hypocrisy on spending.

Ron Paul cannot get any more then 3% of the vote in any serious poll. He not only fails to connect with Freepers, he cannot connect in any serious way with average Americans. The Paulbots simply keep screaming their dogma to drown out the fact Paul is the candidate to no where.

The Paulbots are either old Dinocons Buchannites too arrogantly certain of their own intellectual infallibility to realize the stupidity of their Neo Isolationists dogmas in a post 09-11 world or Leftist Moveon.org Anti American types who think Paul will be a Trojan Horse they can use to factionalize the Conservative movement.

These people have never been, and never will be, Republican voters. You can see this in the fact that the bulk of his support on any poll here comes from NON members. People who are not Conservatives but merely troll this site at the encouragement of the Anti American Leftist fringe groups.

I’m a 27 year old lifelong conservative who grew disillusioned with the GOP when they failed to reign in spending, failed to capture or kill Osama Bin Laden, and then GAVE UP and attacked a country that was no threat to our national security.

Meanwhile, SAUDI ARABIA is the leading sponsor of terrorism, and something like 11 of the 19 hijackers on Sept 11th 2001 were SAUDIS and yet we do nothing to them.

And we’re supposed to feel great about dropping nuclear weapons on Iran? We should be helping to advance the cause of freedom for the large percentage of young and professional people who want freedom there! Not nuking them so they will turn towards the mullahs and radical Islam!

Where are the leaders that saved us from the Cold War? I agree that radical, theocratic, fascist Islam is the biggest threat to our national security and we can’t let them get nukes. But I have to wonder, what ever happened to MUTUALLY ASSURED DESTRUCTION? We should have started with Riyadh. October 1st, 2001.

I surfed over to moveon.org. Can't find that script. Have you got a link?

These are the same lifelong conservatives who crossed over in MI to try to get McCain over President Bush. Remember the Staight Talk Express going off the cliff? Remember how InSane always did well in crossover states? Same thing here only they are disrupters using the internet/FR.

Pray for W and Our Troops
