FTC Reports NO GOUGING by "Big Oil" after Katrina (Where are you Chucky Schumer?)
Rush Limbaugh Show | 9-6-07 | Federal Trade Commission

Posted on 09/06/2007 3:17:06 PM PDT by tightwadbob

This was reported on Rush today. Can't find a single word about it in any media. I'm sure Sen. Schumer ,who demanded the investigation, will have a news conference to admit his mistake and retract his nasty accusations, right?

Chuckie and Rudy are old buddies. Maybe a liberal President Giuliani will return some bi-partisan support for someone who has lots in common him, the Second Amendment being one example. Maybe they can find common ground on this issue too.

From the New York Times, March 8, 1994----

Democratic lawmakers praised the Mayor's push for gun control. "It would be great if Mayor Giuliani could become the point Republican pushing comprehensive gun control legislation," said Representative Charles E. Schumer, the Brooklyn Democrat who is the leading proponent of handgun control in the House of Representatives.

A liberal bully President Giuliani and Chuckie Schumer will have LOTS of chances to work together in a bi-partisan manner on lots of social issues. /s

Today was the deadline to qualify to run. Neither Nagin nor Blanko are on the ballot!
