some of the sentences read like it was americanized, probably by the American traitor who does his propaganda writing for him.

they used a lot of democrat talking points, then gives the democrats hell for not pushing hard enough. Paralleling strategies.

He probably monitors websites and news sites.

Bin Laden wants us out of Iraq and Afghanistan. But we are not the old Soviet Union.

The democrats would like nothing more than Bush to leave Iraq or Afghanistan, and then claim failure. Their actions are traitorous.

Frankly, the dems actions have nothing to do with a viable alternative (aproach) and everything to do with grabbing power. I would not take the crap Bush does, there would be some senators, congress people and others who would be called in and read the riot act.. Would not be the first time in history.

It's actually worse than that. The current thread featured on the Democratic Underground Homepage (DUH) goes like this:

1. Since Bin Laden is saying things like, "Why have the Democrats failed to stop this war, despite them being the majority?," this is all a neocon plot to discredit the Dems.

2. Or, according to one person who claims to understand Arabic, Bin Laden is actually saying something else, but the translator is a neocon or CIA plant who is deliberately mis-translating his words to blame the Democrats (oh, excuse me, "progressives").

3. Or, Bin Laden has been long dead and now he's just Bush and Cheney's (the real terrorists') "Santa Claus." Whenever Bush/Cheney want to remind people what we're fighting for in Iraq, they trot out a fake Bin Laden tape and then the CIA pretends to "analyze" it.

4. Or, Bin Laden is alive and well and, as evidenced by his tapes, "is clearly more intelligent and more articulate than the knuckledragger that cuts farts in the Oval Office these days." He was educated in England (???), don't you know, and in his appearances he is impressively well-spoken!

I'm sure there are some even whackier things I missed, but that's a sample.

OK, I see your point: If bin Ladin is still alive, Republicans can try to revivify support for the overall War on Terror; the Democrats can rely on bin Ladin for speechwriting and fundraising duties--it's a win-win situation.
