A federal judge in Rome has thrown out a lawsuit challenging Georgia's photo voter ID law.

In a ruling issued Thursday, U.S. District Judge Harold Murphy declined to issue an injunction suspending the law and also dismissed the case.

The plaintiffs failed to prove that the 2006 law's photo ID requirement unduly burdens the right to vote, Murphy ruled.

Of course, the Democrat Party fake ID division has used this delay to make sure there will be more Democrat votes in Georgia than there are humans on the entire planet.

This is good to hear. Hopefully this voter ID law will be enacted in other states too.

I wonder how many times variants of the word “disenfranchise” were used during the hearings.

We had this debate in NM a couple years back, and the Democrat party chairhackperson was on the radio talking about it, and he used the “d-word” about every 5 seconds. No real substantive arguments were put forth.

What I don’t understand is the the GA Supreme Court already ruled that is was constitutional LAST time they “took it all the way.” How do you file suit on a settled issue, especially that was recently settled?
