Just the beginning of good news for the Thompson campaign, I imagine.

Thanks for the "Breaking News".

When did the polls close?

Who knows, but with such a small sampling I have to wonder how accurately it can be applied statewide.

The poll surveyed 400 likely Democratic and 400 likely Republican voters who were selected from those who voted in at least one of the past four Republican or Democratic primaries. The margin of error for each is plus or minus 4.9 percentage points.

I agree with Rudy, Romney, and McCain. I won’t vote for them.

Rudy, however, is the one who has become an absolute untouchable to me. As soon as he said he favored Federal Funding of Abortion, he was history.

McCain is not getting traction. He’s dead in the water.

Romney is in the running.

My favorite based on his positions is Duncan Hunter. My favorite based on electability is Thompson.

I would vote for a Hunter/Romney or Thompson/Romney ticket, with Romney being the VP candidate. The truth, though, is that Hunter should be everybody’s pick for VP. Cheney has demonstrated the value of a strong VP.

Magnify whatever you don’t like about Rudy by about 10, and they’ll have the democrat alternative.

I can’t imagine doing anything to spite yourself that much, if it came down to Rudy vs a democrat.

I will never vote for Rudy. He is no different than voting for Hillary. They are the same person.

If Rudy is the nominee, I will write in Duncan Hunter’s name.

all that are against Rudy keep stating that the under NO circumstances they will vote for him....

same logic as the 2006 elections and the US got a lib/dem congress....

if Rudy gets the nomination and lib/dems stand on their principles and don’t vote or write in candidates.....

start repeating hillarycare/high taxes/US surrender/PC/embracement and placating of muzzies/... oh and start learning to speak spanish!!!!

Because he doesn’t do anything to bring himself more press. He runs a weak campaign.

I don’t support Rudy or Hillary. Why would I want either, and why wouldn’t I complain about either?

There is no difference between the two.

Rudy wants to take my tax dollars and kill babies, and you want me to become complicit in murder by agreeing to that?

I will never agree to that. Ever.

Hysterics. But ok.

Abortion’s still legal after Bush btw.

I’m a Fred guy, but I’ll be damned if I’d prefer any democrat over Rudy or McCain.. And Guns and Taxes are my 2 issues.

WOT is also another one. Wake up, you won’t get everything you want in candidates. It’s always the lesser of evils.
