I’m talking about the assumed guilt of sexual misbehavior. I know he plead guilty to ‘disorderly conduct’, which could mean about a million different things. Maybe he looked at the officer with his eyes crossed and his tongue stuck out. Maybe he was whistling Dixie over and over very loudly. I’m waiting to see if thesmokinggun.com website actually posts the charges. Hopefully that will clear a lot of this up.

But seriously, think about it. Elitism aside, Rush doesn’t have any children, does he? Maybe if he did, he wouldn’t be so quick to defend Craig.
I don’t have children and I thought about that angle right away, thought about my friends who have children. Rush must have friends with kids, right? I think he has nieces and nephews...?

Like I said awhile back, Craig may not be totally innocent, and I’m sure he’s not, but this whole situation still has a terrible stench about it.
Well, I don’t think that there’s anything wrong with not having children if you don’t want to. Just wanted to clarify that before someone calls me a no-children-hater. LOL. Just pointing out that those without children may not think of this incident from the same angle that parents and grandparents do.
That being said, I didn’t know that those children of Craig’s were stepchildren. They were on TV defending him this morning.

Most of us do not spend two minutes staring through the gaps in the stall doors while there are empty stalls free.
Trying to figure out which stall is free is not the same as trying to figure out which occupied stall is most likely to offer you anonymous stall sex.
He may well be innocent of the charges. The cop all but promised him that the event would not be publicized if he plead guilty. (Gee, d'ya think the cop might have lied about that -- ?)
Maybe he is guilty, I don't know. Still, once the cop charged him, Craig's career as a senator was over. Craig will never live down that guilty plea, just as he could never have lived down a highly publicized trial, no matter what the verdict.
The best result one can hope for is that these police scams/stings will receive more scrutiny in the future, so better evidence is required before the cops can charge someone.
As for Craig, as Drudge eloquently put it, he has been flushed.
