Vision, chitownbatman alluded to the subject on Sunday night here. I also wanted to let everyone know that Normsrevenge set me on the path yesterday to being able to post this thread. (Unfortunately. But don't blame Normie.)

For the record, I don't think Drudge was "scooped" by others. I think he's just waiting to talk about it until he's on the air next. jmho though.

I can’t say for sure, but he doesn’t seem to be quite as cutting-edge as Matt Drudge. ;)

Drudge has one of the most insightful perspectives on the lame-stream media I've ever heard.

He knows the players, he knows where the bodies are buried, and he is absolutely fabulous at shredding the phony liberal hypocritical anchors to bits.

I will miss the Drudgereport. I looked forward to listening, although I was mostly disappointed lately. It was clear that he wasn’t that interested in doing it. The three hours were mostly the first 20 minutes or so repeated over and over. Sometimes I think they were just looped.

It was great that he had John Batchelor do the show a couple of times. I used to listen to John nightly for just about the entire time he was on with his own show. He really prepared for the show and didn’t think the audience was too dumb to have some of the most distinguished guests on. Neither he nor Drudge made the show about themselves. I will miss Drudge on the radio.

Batchelor was far & away the thread regulars’ favorite sub host. We all agree the show hasn’t been what it was in past years, so I guess it’s time to mooooove on. The thread going away is a bummer. Never hearing Matt anymore won’t be fun, either. But he’ll be online I’m sure.

Maybe he’ll start writing more exclusives and editorials again. I’d like that.
