Where did you see anything other than the word “ban” in the article...

Cupcakes have been banned...

What I dont want is ONE mom dictating her wants over the other 29 parents...

That is the very definition of liberalitus...

You dont want your kids to have cupcakes....therefore NO children shall have cupcakes...

Yes..I have kids in school...

And I love this princpal for this simple quote...
“I’m going to get some headaches over some of this,” Teevens said. “Some parents will come in and whine. But quite honestly, we’re here to educate kids, not to throw birthday parties”

It’s not a ban on cupcakes, it’s a ban on unhealthy treats to the whole class. I lived that crap and I appreciate what they are trying to do. School should not be a constant party.
