According to a source, on September 7, 2007 a 3-judge panel of the California Appellate Court will hear oral arguments in the case of Paul v Clinton, a historic civil case involving a former president, Bill Clinton, and sitting senator, Hillary Clinton, accused of committing business fraud and collapsing a public company, Stan Lee Media (SLM). Yes that Stan Lee, the creator of “Spiderman”.
Clinton counsel David Kendall of the powerful Washington DC law firm, Williams and Connolly, will endeavor to convince the three justices that his client, Hillary Clinton, is not a felon and should remain protected by California’s anti-SLAPP law, and should not join her husband and others as defendants.
The California Supreme Court has already said Bill Clinton stays in the case. This appellate hearing will determine whether Hillary is brought in to join him as a defendant.
If she is not brought into the case as a defendant, the trial judge made it clear to her counsel, David Kendall, that Hillary will be under oath testifying.

afraid, its' true....in the OLD SOVIET UNION, the "PARTY" members had their own Justice System...much like the new two-trier system, the Liberals had introduce in $hrillarys' first two terms.....rem: Bubba was "very busy/otherwise engaged" in the Oval Office.

What makes this case interesting is the home videos; several hours of them. In Hillary’s sworn declaration, she claimed to have met Peter in early 2000. We have her on video discussing with him how they met in 1993 when he had his client Fabio chase her around the room and pick her up in a romance pose. That would be somewhat hard to forget. She is going to be faced with compelling evidence.
