Ohio Revised Statutes

2905.03 Unlawful restraint.

(A) No person, without privilege to do so, shall knowingly restrain another of his liberty.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of unlawful restraint, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

They employees were clearly guilty of this crime for not allowing him to leave the parking lot. Plus they unlawfully restrained his father and siblings. They should have been arrested. The jackass in question was guilty of no crime, but was arrested. As the manager I wouldn't let him back in the store though.
