Incredible. Is it “unsubstantiated” that Kerry met with the North Vietnamese communists in Paris while we were at war with them, and when he opposed the policy of the US government? Conversations, BTW which he has never revealed, because OBVIOUSLY he supported the enemy and opposed his own country. He should never have been a presidential candidate.

Backer of Swift Boat ads has tie to law firm pushing vote change...........And Hillary's main fundraiser (Tsu) has ties to the Chicom missle program thru an association with Bernard Schwartz (Loral), who gave away the farm to the Chicoms.

I wonder what they have to say about similar efforts by dems in the Red states to do the same thing.

BFD Chuck Bell and Tom Hiltachk are a political an campaign law firm. They have “taken money” from just about every Republican political candidate and political entity associated with republican and conservative causes in California over the past 20 years. Chuck Bell in my opinion is one of the sharpest political law experts in the country.
Is someone suggesting that they are precluded from promoting an initiative because they are too political?
This “revelation” means exactly zero.

Bravo Hiltachk. Bravo Perry. Many thanks.

So, the law firm representing the group pushing the initiative has as a client another group which was funded in part by the guy who helped fund the Swift Boat campaign? And this is news, why?
Strangely enough, while the PE is willing to find a connection across four degrees of separation, they’re unwilling to notice the direct connection between many of California’s Democratic legislators and groups promoting Aztlan, wonder why?
Well... no... actually... I don’t.

The 55 EV's for California are rock solid democrat votes.
If this passes, both voters and the courts, you can be assured (for now) that 18-25 EV's will go to the Republicans (Bush would have gotten 22 in '04, under this law).
The Democrats will pull no punches to defeat this including denying that they were sponsoring a similar effort in North Carolina (or is it South Carolina?), which would have benefitted themselves.

Swift Boat Veterans for Truth that made unsubstantiated but damaging attacks on Kerry three years ago.
I’d say they substantiated it quite well and considering the number of Kerry’s associates and bosses involved and considering who they were and considering their backgrounds I say it was a slam dunk case against Kerry, substantiated to the hilt.

For a non-issue, it has the Dems running scared. They pooh pooh it publicly but they know "fairness" is THEIR issue. And suddenly the GOP has them cornered on it.
