I'm afraid his trade position is going to turn some people off. I believe in the desirability of the ideal of free trade myself. But China's policies have nothing to do with free trade. Everything has a cost, and the security cost of not dealing with China's trade polices dwarfs any potential short run gains to consumers.
The cost of fair trade versus free trade is an investment in the long term security and economic security of our nation. Everything has a cost, including freedom and sovereignty and not all the costs are in the blood of our soldiers, sailors, marines and air force. If we ask the young people of our military to give their lives to protect us, can we not forgo a little economically for future security and freedom?
>>>Everything has a cost...
Yeah, that is it. A-fanabla with those dang Felon Gong. We need more livers and kidneys anyway.

Let’s hear it for slavery!
Woo Hoo!
Last night out of curiosity I did a little digging via Google. I just typed in the words “Home Depot” etc and then search within results for “Recall info”.
It’s astounding how many recalls there are out there and how many of those products are made in China. We ain’t gittin no deal.
