I absolutely agree with you.

This war has really been three wars in one.

The first war, the war on Iraq, was won by the end of May, 2003.

The second war, the Al Qaeda/Sunni Counterinsurgency, began in early 2004 with the killing of the four contractors and hanging of their burning bodies on that bridge in Fallujah. The surge has obliterated Al Qaeda in Iraq, and destroyed the Sunni resistance. Sunnis are now taking the USA/Gov of Iraq side of things. And a special note to the dems and DBM: The Sunnis are far closer to the action and know which way the wind blows much better than Tim Russert and Harry Reid. The latter two (and their comrades) are deceiving themselves if they think this war is lost. Er... Well, it is lost... For them and Al Qaeda, that is!

Lastly, a third war is no looming. It is the War on Iran. Many think the Shias of Iraq will now rise up on call for the Iranians. Well, it is not going to happen. The Shia of Iraq are neither stupid nor forgetful. They remember that the Persians treated them badly in the past and would rather dominate Iraq themselves than let Iran do so.

Iran is in a bad position with two freely elected gummits on their borders.

Pray for W and Our Troops
