Bourgrie could be right.
That sounds like a good reason.

People move to small communities for peace and quiet. I know where I live has changed dramatically the last two years and I don’t like it either. But, I would stop short of blowing up a bridge. :)
He could be right...or he could be wrong.
I hope the bomb itself might provide some clues.
