FR EXCLUSIVE: Hillary Clinton donation "irregularities" reported to FBI field office in Los Angeles
insider information ^ | Sept. 1, 2007 | Doug from Upland

Posted on 09/01/2007 1:14:57 PM PDT by doug from upland

NOTE: to all the members of the mainstream media, I will be pleased to share with you volumes of information and home video of Senator Clinton. You can contact me here at FR via FReepmail. If you prefer, we can meet on Sept. 7 at 10:00AM at the California Appellate Court in Los Angeles. You might want to ask a few questions of Hillary's counsel, David Kendall while you are there. He has been somewhat less than willing to answer questions I have had for him.

To Clinton appointed judge A. Howard Matz. You, sir, pronounced, even before a word of evidence was heard in the David Rosen criminal trial, that Peter Paul was a thoroughly corrupt individual. About Senator Clinton, you insisted, "She's not in the loop in any direct way, and that's something the jury will be told. Mrs. Clinton will not be called to testify in the case." If you won't stand up like a man and correct the record, it is time for you to resign or be impeached.

DATELINE: Los Angeles, CA

Sept. 1, 2007

Exclusive to FreeRepublic.com

by Doug from Upland

It can be reported exclusively to FreeRepublic that a report was made today to the field office of the FBI in Los Angeles regarding possible criminal activity by Senator Hillary Clinton and others. The report was made via two emails after a discussion was held with an agent on the phone.

Among the information now in possesion of the FBI is the following:

Photographic evidence of an illegal donation by Japanese national Tendo Oto, who attended the federal fundraiser for candidate Clinton on Aug. 12, 2000. He sent a wire transfer three days prior to the event.

An astounding video of the sworn deposition by "Spiderman" Stan Lee in which he admits under oath "switching" checks of $100,000. Lee also testifies that he gave no money, which is a direct contradiction to Hillary's fourth amended report of Jan. 30, 2006. In that FEC report, the Clinton campaign claimed that Lee donated $225,000. That detail is on page 23 of the document and page 34 of the PDF file.

To quote from one of the emails received by the agent this morning:

Here is background and video tape of what appears to be an illegal hard money solicitation. As agent of Hillary Clinton and a White House employee, Kelly Craighead was not allowed to be soliciting a hard money donation of over $2,000. In this case, it was over $1 million. This video with Hillary's voice was in the possession of the Justice Department while official investigations were ongoing at the FEC and in connection with the David Rosen trial. This might have been helpful to have while investigations were proceeding. Kelly Craighead should be called to testify. Hillary Clinton acknowledges on tape what her agent, a White House employee, had done. She offers her own help. She says that Kelly will convey what she needs. She even admits soliciting Cher to perform. The value of Cher's services had to be well over $100,000. That in-kind donation, solicited by the senate candidate, should certainly be illegal. It was never reported.

“Certainly, even a mainstream journalist can understand it when they see Tendo Oto sitting behind Bill and Hillary at a federal fundraiser.”

I’ll tell the world :-)

Great job!

FReepers, I need some help. Can someone do some searching for the FEC cases regarding switching checks and the fines and/or jail sentences resulting. It may be quite a bit of work, but I'd appreciate the help. There aren't enough hours in the day. Thanks!

I know from the second I saw this Paw donation thing, that we had a big story with legs on it.

I have a feeling that the roots of this corruption run deep and wide. If it isn't China money, then it's probably Soros money.

At any rate it does appear that for democrats the country is for sale to the highest donor.

If they took his passport, perhaps they think he won’t leave the country. Oh, wait, he can head south. Doh.

The fact that this will be dismissed as a non story points to a bigger non story about how absolutely corrupt and amoral the democratic party and their mainstream supporters have become.

When this is quickly dismissed as a non story we need to be prepared to use it as a springboard to getting out the bigger story.

The way I see it, there are really two stories (that should be) of interest to the media...

Story # 1.

Hillary Clinton donation "irregularities" reported to FBI field office in Los Angeles backed up by an astonishing amount of insider information; and

Story # 2.

Clinton appointed judge A. Howard Matz' public statements - to wit: even before a word of evidence was heard in the David Rosen criminal trial, that Peter Paul was a thoroughly corrupt individual and that Senator Clinton <...[is] not in the loop in any direct way, and that's something the jury will be told. Mrs. Clinton will not be called to testify in the case .

Just as with out-of-control prosecutors recently in the news, the wheels of publicity-linked justice can also discover apparently corrupt judges .

Additionally, this apparent Clintonian-controlled judge may well serve as an excellent bad example of why Hillary should never again be in a position to appoint judges.

Just wondering out loud, shouldn't some Congressional GOPers formally request an ethics investigation of Senator Clinton re these two "issues"?

Doug, as always, YOU DA MAN!

Keep good notes, and don’t give her minions too much advance notice. They’re here right now.

“Sweetness & Light reports his wife is a n Al Ameda probation officer.”

.....

EX wife...also heard that both the former Mrs. Hsu and their son Oliver made donations to Hillary. That should explain alot.

I’m thinking that I read that from the latest WSJ article. Not sure.

Now, just to get someone, anyone, to take this sufficiently seriously to bring a legal action of some kind. Too bad the Larry Craig story broke at the same time (coincidence? I think not), but that is now history, and scrutiny may now be turned upon this series of unfortunate incidents....

It doesn’t matter that the Larry Craig story broke now. He has resigned. Sept. 7, I’ll see David Kendall at the California Appellate Court. Hillary is going to soon be under oath. The civil trial will happen during the campaign. Reporters with whom I have been talking now seem interested.

Too bad the Larry Craig story broke at the same time (coincidence? I think not)

An alert caller to Rush's program (guest host) made a good case that Hillary (or presumably, one of her operatives) released the Craig story only so the "yuk" factor might displace news consumers' interest in Hillary's consorting with big-time criminals on fraudulent big-money schemes.

(Didn't work with me, I can multi-task big news items.)

Why did Hsu get bail? He’s an obvious flight risk.

Let me get this straight. He pleads guilty for grand theft, then skips town before his sentencing (which will include jail time). After 15 years on the lam, he's outed, turns himself in, and then gets bail? Was he out on bail the last time? Bil at $2M means a $200K bond. This guy would walk away from $200K in a New York minute. The guy is a total fraud, probably funneling Chicom $$ for influence for decades. The DOJ needs to investigate the money trail. That's where the answers will be found.
