Bush only nominated the Supreme Court Justices. The president can only nominate judges, the senate confirms them. The president only “appoints” judges under certain well defined circumstances and in the end the Senate need to confirm them or the are out.
We are not at the level of an admin hack meaning it is in the courts hands now. So which Bush appointees are you talking about? If you recall recent history, though talk of NAFTA started under previous (republican) presidents, NAFTA was enacted under CLINTON.
Maybe a whole pile of politicians (republican and democrat) going way back got their pockets lined along the way. So blame probably crosses all levels of politicians and parties.
Yes, I get it. I’m referring to the Supreme Court.

Yes, it’s been both sides of the isle, and it’s been a long time coming. I’m not naive to that. I also don’t give Republicans a pass. I’m a Conservative and Patriot first.
Ultimately, all blame is the voters. It is the voters that continue to elect those that sell the nation short. The voters latch on to one or two catch phrase promises uttered by a politician and could care less what else the politician or political party has planned to repay large contributors.
