“a pilot program to allow as many as 100 Mexican trucking companies to freely haul their cargo anywhere within the U.S. for the next year”
What might that cargo consist of ???

The appeals court ruled the groups have not satisfied the legal requirements to immediately stop what the government is calling a "demonstration project," but can continue to argue their case. The famously liberal 9th Circuit thumbs its nose at the Sierra Club and the Teamsters Union and sides with business? Me thinks Sierra and the Union didn't ante up enough bribe money.

Many of these Mexican trucks are the cast-offs of American companies; trucks whose economy of upkeep has exceeded their worth. In Laredo one day on a delivery to our terminal there,I noted ten year old cab-overs with Mexican registry with parts of the body hanging-off and dragging and on the ground. Were I to pull into a weight scale in such condition I’d be shut down, fined, log book sodomized, and defamed by every other trucker in line to be scaled.
Lord help those who are driving alongside these trucks.

On September 11, 2001 our president could have closed down our borders.
He did not.

So, so far today I have read the courst say -
Students suing because of in-state tuition for illegal aliens have no standing
Mexican trucks can roll anywhere they want in the U.S.
The government cannot enforce our immigration laws by having employers check Social Security numbers
We are losing the battle people!
