The appeals court ruled the groups have not satisfied the legal requirements to immediately stop what the government is calling a "demonstration project," but can continue to argue their case.

The famously liberal 9th Circuit thumbs its nose at the Sierra Club and the Teamsters Union and sides with business? Me thinks Sierra and the Union didn't ante up enough bribe money.

More proof (as if any were needed) that the Left if defined by ony one thing - their hatred for traditional America.

They could care less about the environmnent, womens rights, the whales, etc etc. They live only to poke their finger in our eye.
