Photograph of Office
Ron Paul 2008 ^ | August 31, 2007 | Ron Paul

The Ron Paul 2008 national office in Arlington, Virginia occupies the second floor of this building (about 3,000 square feet). It's on a busy street and across from a busy grocery store. People are noticing our "Ron Paul 2008 - Hope for America" sign.

Georgetown Valet dry cleaners will be open in about a month and in a building next door (left) a restaurant is under construction.

Have any of the Paulbots bother come up with a rationalization yet to explain this politics as usual position of Paul’s on earmarks?

Ron Paul’s $400 Million Earmarks

Seems Paul is a fraud. A demagogue who merely spews nice sounding rhetoric while being just another good old boy politician.

Thanks for that breathlessly exciting post. It was just as gripping this time as it was the first time.

I’m not a Paul voter but frankly I prefer seeing a frugal candidate than those living like rock stars on donated money.

It is not befitting of a future leader of the free world to operate out of a 7-11. Frugality is one thing, but one must live up to the grandeur of the Office.

Any damn fool that publically during a debate blames his own country for the actions of savages that chose (and will continue to choose) to attack and kill us can not lead us. I can’t believe I have to even type something that obvious.

Well fine, vote Giuliani. I’m sure he’ll be a great leader in both domestic and foreign issues.

Thank you for posting this picture. I really enjoyed the previous thread but couldn’t help wondering what the place looked like during the day. When you get a photo taken during a rain shower I hope you will post that too as I would like to see the place wet. And a snowy shot goes without saying though I do realize that it will be some months yet before we can expect to enjoy one of those. Anyway, thanks again and good luck.

Yes, and actually it comes from Paul, not a “paulbot”(Gee that’s orginial). You might want to check it out cause either you agree with it or you don’t.

LOL - unlike your man Ron Paul, I would never have to question Guliani’s patriotism! And I am a Fred Thompson supporter. You know...the one you will end up supporting when he wins the nomination.

>> You sound like you’re hoping for a king.

Ridiculous. I do, however, want someone that recognizes that this isn’t just any dog catcher or city councilman position he’s running for here ... this is a job as the leader of the greatest country on the planet.

The Presidency, and a campaign for the Presidency, is about both issues, and image. Reagan was great at issues - but his broad appeal had a LOT to do with his image. Leadership has a LOT to do with image - you have to make people want to follow you.

Much of the reason that I disliked Bill Clinton as President was the image he crafted, through his notorious behavioral failings, was not befitting of the leader of this nation.

His issue positions aside, the image Ron Paul is crafting does not look like he could fill the shoes of a President. This simply isn’t Reaganesqe.
