I think they're scum. You should see Rosa Brooks' column in the Los Angeles Times this morning calling for a withdrawal from Iraq. The Cut N Run Crowd is consistent in wanting to see a disaster inflicted upon America because it would humiliate and destroy a President they hate. That it might destroy America's purpose, will and credibility is a secondary concern.

“Good news in Iraq is bad news for those opposed to the war and there will be an all-out effort to deny or diminish any news that does not support their demands for immediate withdrawal and no consideration will be made to the consequences of ignoring the latest reports from the region. Can I question their patriotism yet?”

They support the troops but not the war... remember?

I have NEVER understood this!

For example, when when I leave my house I lock the doors because there are people who would come in and help themselves if they could...that’s just the way it is... it’s that kind of world. AND I respect the police who deter or capture anyone who attempts to break in, in spite of the locks. I make NO distinction between the police and their efforts to protect me. It’s no different with the US military. I support them AND what they do, knowing they are protecting me. Why can’t Liberals understand this?

“As those poll numbers eroded as a result of difficult and sometimes unpopular decisions on Afghanistan and particularly Iraq,...”

I think the cause and effect are reversed here. The traitors strated runnig down the war effort BEFORE the public turned against the war. In fact the DEMS and the MSM are were the primary cause, and continue to be the primary cause of negative public attitudes!

many liberals reflexively and preemptively accused those on the right of questioning their patriotism,

I don't see how anyone can question their patriotism at all, since they have no patriotism to question.

Why I love Ann Coulter, by rlmorel

Reason 1: Tells it like it is. As evidence I present the two opening sentences in her book “Treason”

“Everyone says Liberals love their country too. No they don’t.”
