MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A foot-tapping ritual was a common thread in many of the 41 arrests reported during a four-month airport bathroom sting that snared Sen. Larry Craig. An undercover officer would take a seat in a stall. Soon another man would sit in the stall next door and start tapping his foot, perhaps moving it closer to the officer's. The officer would move his foot up and down slowly. The suspect might then extend his hand under the divider between the stalls, sometimes repeatedly. That would be enough to get the man busted.
Airport police reports obtained by The Associated Press gave strikingly similar accounts of the events that led to the 41 arrests officers made for alleged lewd conduct in public restrooms in the main terminal of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport during the May-August sting.

ITS....Cue Python guy.
Last time I wear my IPOD Shuffle in a public restroom. Who knows how much my foot taps to my music.
A guilty plea generally removes all possible doubt.
I was once involved in an avocation where there werr quite a few homos. Most of them had problems transcending their homosexuality. Anyone trying to deal with them, usually ended up with a mess on their hands. Most of them are crazy.
These people are very, very disturbed----even as they try to make themselves look like "victims" of homophobia who want to be legally married to life partners.
Most of them are "chicken hawks"---they prefer children-----it was recently revealed that gays organize groups to roam the aisles of toy stores to checkout young boys.
Rock Hudson was outed and had a boyfriend---however, some of the recent bios on TV show his swimming pool......decorated with statues of young boys.
Also troubling is that most mass murderers and serial killers are gay.
It may have even been the dreaded "double-paradiddle".
Peoples Republik of Bloomington bump.
I've seen guys walk into restroom stalls with those iPod earbuds stuffed in their ears. Remember, fellows - sue the recording artist if their foot-tapping music leads to your arrest.
There was also a (now outdated) bit of office humor that listed "office restroom protocol" which included a maneuver called the "Astaire" - basically foot-tapping to alert others to your presence and prevent the stall door from being rattled. It seems that the Astaire should now be referred to as "Probable Cause".
"He's Larry, the Effeminate Heterosexual
He's so terribly conjectual.
Why he behaves that way, he's not gay!
He's just Larry, he's swishy yes it's true
But he's as straight as me, and probably you!
The effeminate heterosexual
No use getting intellectual
Because nobody knows why
He runs like a girl, he throws like a girl,
Walks like a girl, talks like a girl
He's Larry and I'll tell you so help me
He's all guy"
Mothers teach their daughters how to handle unwanted attention from a young age. Maybe fathers don’t do the same. It seems that men are the ones who go bonkers over homosexuals. Women are used to being hit on, and because we can handle it, we like it.
Just for your information, two bit, I have never had and do not have a record, at one time I held a top secret clearance for many years. Two of my brothers were retired law enforcement. But the little ten horn badge toting people you see today are mainly little jack booted thugs. Especially those that run around in their little make believe semi military uniforms with the little automatic weapons.
I have had my experiences with stupid cops, thanks. That’s why we have a bill of rights, to protect us against their violations of our rights. Too bad you would rather live in a police state.
What a sticky situation.
To be fair, if all the women I wanted to have casual sex with over the years were as will as I was, my total would be well into the thousands too.
While “dropping the twins off at the pool” be sure to do so quickly.
It's called an Alford plea. The defendant does not admit the act and asserts innocence, but admits that sufficient evidence exists with which the prosecution could likely convince a judge or jury to find the defendant guilty. It is quite common in this type of case. The plea is usually to a lesser charge often times because the prosecutor has his own doubts about his ability to convince a jury with the evidence he has. The defendant is found guilty like any other case and the criminal conviction is the same. The one difference is the conviction cannot be used in a subsequent civil proceeding as an admission of guilt.
People do plead guilty when they feel they are innocent for a variety of reasons the most common being to "get the matter behind me" and avoid the embarrassment of dragged out legal proceedings. That being said, it was incredibly stupid for Craig to plead, no matter what the circumstances, without legal consultation.
A. He can't tap in time, either.
