A federal court upholds Arizona's voter I.D. law. The Phoenix judge found that citizenship counts when determining who has the right to vote, and that Arizona's voter-approved law does not conflict with federal law.

"They have no conflict of us requesting that people show citizenship when they register to vote nor any conflict when we ask for ID at the polls," Brewer said.

Secretary of State Jan Brewer said more than 99 percent of voters had no problem complying with the new law in the 2006 election.

Prop. 200's requirements were enacted by voters in 2004.

Mexifornia would be a logical (and wise) choice. It would certainly cut the numbers of voters drastically in this invaded state.

that is why the enemy will fight it tooth and nail, particularly entrenched democrats, like that sanchez chick in orange county. they could lose office if things like this go through in a big way
