If he was just diagnosed with diabetes in February and already had to have toes amputated, he must have had it for a long time, but undiagnosed. I’m betting on a heart attack. Heart disease commonly accompanies uncontrolled diabetes. A lesson to all of us to get a checkup.

After he was cleared, Jewell sued the Journal-Constitution and other media outlets for libel. Several news organizations settled, including NBC and CNN. The Journal-Constitution did not settle.Imagine the arrogance of this liberal rag. I hope the evil editors burn in hell for ruining an innocent man's life.

We are so quick to convict. My youngest sister and her boyfriend now husband were there. She was unhurt but Bob, was cut pretty good. Funny thing is, neither one though Mr. Jewell was involved.
